Welcome to my site!

This site is designed with one goal in mind:  To extend and  improve the quality of your life!  Not all stress is created equal and not everyone experiences stress from the same factors.  For instance – If someone told me I had to plan a party for 20 people it would completely push me over the stress limit, but for my neighbor – better known as “Miss Party Planner” – it’s just a walk in the park.   I used to feel bad about not being more like her; however, she has admitted to me many times that she’d never be able to handle the stress of my job.  So I guess I don’t feel TOO bad!

But take it from me (aka…Miss Queen of Stress) – Stress is a Killer! And it does it “silently” breaking down our bodies and causing sometimes irreversible damage.

That’s why it is vitally important that you identify the factors causing your stress and then seek the proper help in relieving or reducing that stress.
